Why do you need a real estate agent?
There is a lot involved in buying or selling your home. It can be very stressful and showings of your home can be very inconvenient. You need someone who knows the process, can help you get top dollar for your home, negotiate the purchase, the Closing and help you keep your sanity. I promise to guide you through the transaction with honesty, integrity and communication. My goal is to do my best to make the transaction as easy for you as possible!
What are your costs?
Coldwell Banker charges a fee of $345 to bothBuyers and Sellers. This fee covers administration, management, access and storage of all paperwork relating to the purchase or selling of your home.
Buyers-There is no commission fee.
Sellers-Commission fee paid to brokerage at Closing.
What is commission?
Traditionally, the Seller pays the real estate commission at Closing and it is split 4 ways.
As a real estate agent, I am not paid a salary. I am paid a percentage of the agent commission at a successful Closing.
